Terms & Conditions of Sale

All goods supplied by the Company are supplied strictly for research use only, in a controlled laboratory setting, by suitably qualified personnel.

The goods are not medicines, medicinal products, veterinary products, food, food supplements, cosmetics, or consumer products. They are not licensed, approved, or intended for the diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention of any condition in humans or animals.

The goods must not be administered to, ingested by, or otherwise consumed by humans or animals, and must not be used for clinical, food, or cosmetic purposes.

By placing an order the Buyer confirms that they are a qualified researcher, or an authorised representative of a research institution, purchasing the goods for lawful research purposes only.

The Buyer confirms that they will not resell, redistribute, or supply the goods to any party who intends to use them for any purpose other than lawful research.

The Company may decline or cancel any order where it has reason to believe the goods may be used other than for lawful research.

The Buyer is solely responsible for the safe receipt, handling, storage, and disposal of the goods, and for carrying out any risk assessment required before use.

The Buyer is responsible for ensuring that all personnel handling the goods are appropriately trained and equipped, and that the storage conditions stated on the product documentation are maintained.

The Buyer is responsible for compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, licences, and institutional policies relating to the purchase, import, possession, handling, use, and disposal of the goods in their jurisdiction.

Where goods are shipped outside the United Kingdom, the Buyer is the importer of record and is responsible for all customs, import, and regulatory requirements.

A batch-specific certificate of analysis is issued with each shipment and relates only to the lot identified on it. Analytical data is provided for identification and quality purposes and does not constitute any recommendation as to use.

Prices are quoted in pounds sterling and exclude VAT and delivery unless stated otherwise. An order constitutes an offer to purchase, accepted by the Company on dispatch.

Payment terms for approved institutional accounts are stated on the applicable invoice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from use of the goods other than as described in these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
